The school day

My child will be absent or late today

Email the school office in the morning with your child's name and class. A short line is enough.

I am running late for pickup

Call your campus office so your child knows the plan.

Something my child lost or left behind

Email the office with a short description. Found items wait at reception.

Is the school open as normal today

A banner appears at the top of every page here when anything changes, and your campus writes to you directly.

Photographs and updates from my child's day

Teachers, coordinators and specialists post photographs and short updates in the Parent App, and every policy sits in its documents section. Sign in at portal.parent.cloud, or use the app on your phone: Google Play · App Store. If you cannot get in, ask the office.

The sign up page covers after-school activities and La Comunità. Armonia and sport are not on the portal yet, so for those, or anything the page does not answer:

When do sign-ups open

After-school activities open at 10am on Monday 24 August and stay open for the next two weeks: the ASA page has the brochure, the fees and the button. Extended hours for K1 is open now and runs on rolling admission. Sport sign-up opens 7 September and is not on the portal, so ask the team above.

Money and messages

A bill, a payment request, or an invoice question

Email the office directly, using an address you already know. First read how to know a message is really from us.

My contact details changed

Email the office with the new details and your child's class.

A message asking for money looks odd

Stop, and check how to know it is really us. When in doubt, pay nothing and call the office.

Something serious

I am worried about a child's safety or wellbeing

Go straight to the report a concern page. It explains who to speak to and what happens next.

Something on this site is wrong or missing

Use the feedback button in the corner of any page. It comes straight to the team that builds this site.

Campus phone numbers are being added to this page. Until then, every campus number is on the school noticeboard and in the parent handbook.
