A note from Payal

November is a month of celebrations.

As we approach the end of term, November is shaping up to be a wonderful month of celebrations across our ELC community. With the holiday season just around the corner, there is plenty of excitement in the air as our children prepare for performances, festivities and special moments together. From our holiday pageants to Loy Krathong, we look forward to bringing our community together to share in the joy, creativity and spirit of the season. We would also like to celebrate one of our ELC alumni, Tun, and an achievement that has made us incredibly proud: his full story is at the foot of this page. It is always a joy to see our former students carry their curiosity, enthusiasm and love of learning into the next chapter of their journeys. As always, our doors are open. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns or feedback.

November 2026 · Celebrating our alumni

Congratulations, Tun.

Tun, smiling, in a blue polo shirt — Tun, from his Hall of Fame certificate.

We are delighted to celebrate one of our recent ELC graduates, Tun, who has achieved something remarkable just a few months into his first year at NIST. Tun has been named to the Hall of Fame in the 2026 Asian Science and Mathematics Olympiad for Primary and Secondary Schools (ASMOPSS), scoring an impressive 90 in Science. Among 4,220 participating students, he ranked 21st in Bangkok and 47th in Thailand, placing him among the top 1% nationally. Many of you may remember Tun's enthusiasm for Science and Maths during his time at ELC, along with his natural curiosity and love of learning. It is wonderful to see these qualities continue to shine as he takes on new challenges and opportunities. We are incredibly proud of you, Tun. Congratulations on this fantastic achievement. You have made your ELC family very proud.
